In a world that feels increasingly turbulent, the cultivation and stabilisation of energy is more important than ever. This practice provides a calm and nurturing space for rebalancing, restoring vitality, and anchoring in times of change.

Suitable for both teenagers and adults, Whiteowl Energy Healing offers a deeply supportive way to harmonise body, mind, and spirit, encouraging resilience, clarity, and inner peace.

What is Traditional japanese reiki?

Reiki originated in Japan in the early 20th century, founded by Mikao Usui after a profound spiritual awakening on Mount Kurama. The word Reiki means “universal life force energy”, and the modern practice is based on transmitting this healing energy through the hands to restore balance and well-being.

Originally, it was a complete method of Traditional Japanese esoteric Qi (Ki) cultivation practices for self-healing and spiritual evolution.

Usui’s teachings were passed to his student Chujiro Hayashi, and later brought to the West by Hawayo Takata, spreading globally.

While Western Reiki has evolved with modern adaptations, Traditional Japanese Reiki remains disciplined, natural, and free from psychic or new age additions.

At its core, Reiki is both a gentle healing art and a path of self-cultivation, helping to clear stress and reconnect us with our true nature.
